Terms & Conditions
Fair terms, plainly stated.
Using Azure AI means accepting the terms below. The short version: use the service lawfully, keep credentials safe, and respect the usage limits of the active plan.
Last updated: September 16, 2026.
1. Operator and service
Azure AI (“the service”) is operated by [OPERATOR LEGAL NAME — PLACEHOLDER]. The legal operator name is still to be confirmed; it is shown as a placeholder until then.
The service provides multimodal AI chat, image generation, voice transcription, project workspaces, and OpenAI- and Anthropic-compatible APIs. Plan tiers (Free, Plus, Pro) control token allowances and API access. Contact is available through the Azure Discord community.
2. Accounts
An account requires a valid email address, a password of at least 12 characters, and completion of email verification. One account per email address is permitted.
Account holders are responsible for activity under their credentials, including personal API keys. API keys must be kept server-side and must never be published in client code, repositories, or screenshots.
API access requires an active Pro plan. When a paid grant expires, the account resolves to Free limits and API keys stop working until the plan is renewed.
3. Acceptable use
The service must not be used to break the law, to harm others, to probe or disrupt the service or its providers, to circumvent rate limits or plan enforcement, to resell access without permission, or to upload malicious files. Abuse — including automated scraping, credential sharing at scale, and attempts to extract other accounts' data — leads to throttling, suspension, or termination.
Model output can be wrong. Account holders remain responsible for reviewing generated code, text, and advice before relying on it.
4. Plans and availability
Usage is measured in weighted tokens against five-hour and weekly allowances; allowances, multipliers, and reset behaviour are described on the dashboard and in the API documentation. Live service health is published on the status page.
The service is provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime guarantee. Paid plan grants may carry an expiry date shown on the dashboard; expired grants never renew automatically. Refunds and cancellations are covered by the Refund Policy.
5. Content and intellectual property
Account holders keep the rights to their prompts, files, and project content, subject to the terms of the selected model provider once content is sent for inference. Provider names and logos shown in the model picker belong to their respective owners and identify integrations only.
The Azure interface, documentation, and brand assets remain the property of the operator. Nothing in these terms grants a license to copy or re-host the service itself.
6. Suspension and termination
Accounts engaged in abuse, fraud, or unlawful use may be throttled or suspended without prior notice. Any account holder may stop using the service at any time and may permanently delete the account — with all account-owned data — from the dashboard.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the same maximum extent, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Changes to these terms
Material changes are announced on the changelog. Continued use of the service after the posted update date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
