Refund Policy
No charges without consent.
Azure AI has no self-serve checkout: nothing is charged automatically and paid grants never renew. This policy covers the plan grants that do exist.

1. Operator
Azure AI (“the service”) is operated by [OPERATOR LEGAL NAME — PLACEHOLDER]. The legal operator name is still to be confirmed; it is shown as a placeholder until then.
Refund and cancellation requests are handled through the Azure Discord community.
2. How plan access works
Plan access (Free, Plus, Pro) is granted through invite and redemption codes entered on the dashboard — not through card payments inside the product. The site processes no card numbers and stores no payment instruments.
Paid grants may carry an expiry date shown on the dashboard. When a grant expires, the account resolves to Free limits and API keys stop working. Expiry is automatic and free: nothing needs to be cancelled and no charge follows.
Promotional token balances do not expire while the account exists and are consumed only when the regular allowance cannot cover a request.
3. Cancellation
Cancellation is self-serve: stop using paid features and let the grant expire, or delete the account from the dashboard to end everything immediately. Because there are no subscriptions or renewals, cancellation takes effect without further steps and without retention charges.
4. Refunds
When a paid plan grant or promotional-token code was obtained directly from the operator, an unused grant is refunded in full if requested within 14 days of the grant date.
Partially used grants are assessed case by case: consumed usage is deducted at the standard weighted-token valuation and the remainder is refunded. Fully consumed grants are not refundable.
Refund requests should include the account email address, the plan tier or token amount, and the grant date. Refunds are returned through the original payment route arranged with the operator.
5. Questions
Anything unclear is answered in the Discord community or alongside the plan details in the Terms & Conditions.
